Mat Washer Vacuum DryerWD-2300
Mat WasherBRAVO-7200

Cautions

Before installation
  • Check if power supply is 220V.
  • Make sure that the green (ground) wire is grounded.
  • The water pressure for home is used as standard.
  • After adjusting the water pressure, make a connection to the connector located at the left side of the machine.
Items that must be observed
  • Before inserting the mat into the machine, cut ripped thread or string with scissors. If ripped thread or string is not removed, the thread of the mat may be stuck in the roller or the thread may be caught in the brush roller ¡¡resulting to a reduced lifetime of the machine.
  • If thread is caught in the brush, open the top cover of the machine and cut the thread with a sharp knife/scissors. ¡¡ Afterwards, pick it out with a nipper.
How to use the machine during winter
  • If the machine gets frozen, its lifetime may be shortened.
  • If outdoor temperature is below freezing temperature, the heat insulation switch operates automatically (Time of use: end of November ~ early March). Therefore, the power switch must be plugged in at all times.
  • When the work is completed, separate the connection hose from the machine and run idle operation to take all water out from the machine.
  • If the machine gets frozen in winter, open the top cover and melt the snow with sponge soaked in 50¡É warm water.
When not used for a long period of time
  • When the machine has not been used for a long period of time, the special sponge for dehydration may dry and harden. If this happens, open the top cover and moisten it with warm water. (Even if you do not intend to use the machine, operate it in idle mode with water supplied for 2 minutes in order to prevent drying.)
  • If water is not supplied properly to the sponge, the machine cannot be cleaned well and the machine¡¯s lifetime can be shortened.

Troubleshooting

When the machine does not operate even if the lever is lifted after inserting a coin
  • Check if the power cord is plugged.
  • Check if the coin is inserted properly.
  • Open the left door of the mat washer, check if the circuit breaker, timer are properly connected to the terminal.
When the mat does not come out, follow these procedures
  • After stopping the operation of the mat washer, open both the top cover and back cover and take out the belt connecting the motor and brush axis.
  • Hold the mat from the back and pull it by applying a strong force.
When water does not come out
  • Since underground water contains a large amount of foreign substance, use tap water.
  • Check if tap water comes out and check if the tap water valve is opened.
  • Open the right side door of the mat washer and check if the valve connected to the hose is opened.
  • Check if connection of two wires in the electronic valve is correct.
µ¿ÀÛÁß¿¡ ¹°ÀÌ ¹ÛÀ¸·Î ¶³¾îÁú ¶§
  • Check the amount of water spilled from the front and back pipe. Check if water drains to the sink at the back.
  • Open the right side door of the mat washer and check if the electronic valve is damaged.
¡Ø Note: The heater operates during winter. However, if the power is switched off at night, the sponge inside the machine gets frozen. Therefore, leave the power on. If the sponge is frozen, open the cover and pour warm water until the snow is melted.
